Friendly staff.Good food and great location in picturesque Sauble Beach.Canoes and paddle boat available.1960's fun little rooms and lots of parking. Uuugh. Sauble, Sauble your restaurants are a mess (most of the them). The view is very nice if you can get out on the deck. Inside is tired and drab. Staff appeared over-worked. Went as a family of 4. Got my order wrong, may have been a legitimate misunderstanding. I ordered soup (as an appetizer) so I thought, and meatloaf. Soup didn't arrive, meatloaf showed up with frozen beans (and the soup may have been coming).... View all feedback.

Soup didn't arrive, meatloaf showed up with frozen beans (and the soup may have been coming). Is there a more tasteless side than frozen beans ? What modern restaurant would possibly serve them ? The meatloaf was virtually tasteless. Wanted to get out so quickly, none of my family thought much of their meals. It's really hard to find a decent spot in Sauble.

Cold and overcooked fries, meatloaf was tasteless and it was cold at our table because of the airconditioning, great location but it could be so much better!
Charming riverside diner with excellent service and delicious food.
Love this place so much ! Headed back in a few weeks . Sunsets and atmosphere is so charming ..
