Restaurant Schindler - Sattelgrat

As it was our last night after an amazing week dining (and skiing) in St. Anton, we wanted a traditional Austrian meal. This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent - white asparagus with hollandaise, pork schnitzel followed by homemade lemon sorbet. Alexandra was a very gracious and smiling server.

Again I have had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant several times. Food is very good, and the desserts are also very good. The pancakes with fruit could be a meal it is so large. Very well located, immaculately clean and everyone is friendly. I would recommend it to everyone

We did not reserve but they could make a space for us to fit in. Of course it is easier if it is just two. We enjoyed our meal very much. It all tasted great, portions were good size and staff was friendly. Would go there again - but there is so much more restaurants to explore ☺ in St. Anton.

The atmosphere here is intimate and cosy, family run and welcoming. The food was delicious, It is small so make sure you book. Beetroot risotto with scallops was fresh and tasty.

The Food was excellent, the Service as well. You have to make a Reservation as it is rather small. Go for their Austrian Specialties, very well prepared and very authentic!
