Wonderful meals and **** Mary with soft bowl collar! Yum! We want to return. The staff was nice and we sat outside on the new deck. Breakfast on Saturday was great. Shrimp and Grits and my better half had a Lowcountry Omelet. Very good and a nice plate to relax. View all feedback.
We had a fantastic dining experience! The meals were delightful, especially the shrimp and grits, while my partner enjoyed a delicious Lowcountry omelet. We loved sitting outside on the new deck, and the staff was very friendly. Saturday breakfast was a treat, and we can’t wait to come back! Overall, it was a lovely place to relax and enjoy great food.
It seems that beyond needing more staff, they could really benefit from having a PR representative to properly thank customers and address concerns. I'm curious if the staff shares the same sentiments as the management. The waitress who served us did her best under pressure—perhaps she should take on a more managerial role and help elevate the overall standards of service. I also couldn't help but notice that one of the waitresses appeared to be overwhelmed. She kept coming to our table empty-handed, while other tables remained dirty and customers were left waiting to be acknowledged. A staff meeting may be in order to set clear guidelines and encourage open feedback from customers. There are many negative reviews (some positive ones as well), and it would be great to have someone respond to each review, offering explanations, apologies, and thanks at the end of each entry. This could go a long way in improving the overall experience for customers.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! They offer a wonderful breakfast and lunch menu, along with some incredible specialties. Their omelets are my favorite in town, and I consider myself quite the omelet enthusiast. For lunch, I really enjoyed the Reuben, Philly cheesesteak, and various paninis. The specials are particularly outstanding and are a big hit with everyone. The food is fresh and creative—definitely not what you'd expect from a diner. Last week, I had a fried green tomato BLT paired with a bowl of She-crab soup, and it was delicious! This is definitely my go-to spot for breakfast and lunch, whether I'm at the beach or on the mainland. If you're heading to Flavortown, this place is worth a visit, even if I’m not typically a fan of the guy associated with it!
I'm officially a creditor... I wasn't always. I stayed twice this week because I fell in love with the beef and the hash breakfast. Glad I gave this place a second chance.
Diner from Melbourne. One of my to favs for Breakfast Lunch. Southern flair and great hospitality.
