No estoy seguro si fue por el día en que fui, pero el aceite parecía estar demasiado quemado, lo que le dio un sabor ácido al pollo. Además, el pollo estaba casi demasiado cocido, con los huesos a punto de quemarse, lo que afectó su sabor. En general, estuvo bien. Trato de ser lo más imparcial posible.
