The tripe and buche tacos are very delicious, especially the tripe ones, there are soft and crunchy ones, very delicious, they can be accompanied with cilantro, onion, lemon and sauce as well as with a soft drink. The only bad point I would say is that there are only two benches to sit on and there are no tables and if you want to eat there you have to stand, but from then on everything seemed perfect to me.
