Lovely place with a breathtaking view, excellent room and perfectly clean and clean, exceptional food and wine and friendly and efficient service! a special thanks to the matteo support, beautiful and available!
Thanks, always beautiful, the table under the magnolia is our favorite. Ate well. for us excellent quality price. lovely place for the panorama and peace.
Even for an accommodation to be agro-turismo, i.e. a combination of agricultural living in a hotel, we were disappointed. first the bad quality of the breakfast. cakes were industrial and so was the fruit juice (concentrated) and the white brot. the toaster. was not functional. coffee was below average. only locally the cooked eggs worked, and the freshly born cats that were wondering about the place. the beds were not comfortable. very simple insulation between the rooms. forget the inviting smile.
My husband and I arrived with our group which included my older parents and a single friend. We checked in at approximately 1600, and must have interrupted the owner, Carla eating/smoking. We asked to check in. She without word grabbed 3 room keys and took...us upstairs. We dropped our luggage and asked about wine on the patio. She pointed to a cooler outside. She said they had a large wedding the night before. The chairs and some decorations were still all over the garden. She then disappeared for 2 hours. We had to find our own glasses and wait on ourselves. We wanted to know about dinner which was served on the property, but we could not find anyone. At 1900, a younger woman appeared (barefoot) and asked us to move from the patio so they could set up dinner. We did and then she proceeded to speak to a younger man in the garden for 20 minutes. The owner reappeared and we asked about a time for dinner. We were instructed dinner at 2000. Dinner was great, service again was lack luster. The owner made a point to greet the local tables, but not her guests. There was no air or fans in room. Breakfast was good, again with an owner with a poor attitude. She sat in her office by the dining room smoking. No smile or greeting. She also refused to split the rooms in the group because one bill was easier for her (her words) even though we booked separately. We have spent 13 days in Italy as of this review, and this was by far the worst service we have experienced. A language barrier is understandable but attitude is universal. It is a shame this is how this beautiful place will be remembered.
