Fresh crisps and fries in excellent oil, the best ever eaten in a local. Very good pizza. A bit of confusion about the beers (there is no card and for those who are not an expert it is a little difficult to orientate). Service too slow, to improve, but the quality of the food served is really great so we will return. View all feedback.
What Ciro Carbone doesn't like about Birreria Cum Panis:
1 poor service, very poor. For two beers 10 minutes, for a zero coke 15 minutes for pizzas we don't talk about it, not to mention the account that came to us 20 minutes after asking. 2 in the menu the pizza with fried potatoes was not available (price 7,50€ however we were kindly offered the possibility to take a daisy with the addition of fried potatoes separately (4,50 € the Margherita 5 € the portion . 3 condiments of the pizza good but nonexistent.

Pizza is among the best I have eaten in recent years, drinking is commented alone... high quality beers! I have to tell you the courtesy of the staff, who came to serve the beers in always adequate glasses and the right service temperature. ah... almost forgotten: dessert was also great! Brewery Cum Panis, a name that does not make gastronomic promises compared to other locals, but with surprise offers a cuisine superior to many pizzeria restaurants. . paradoxically it is frequented especially for the excellent cuisine, despite the wide range of national and international beers, and the excellent preparation with which they can recommend beer according to the tastes of the customer and the dish you choose. I've seen this place for years, tried by tapas, sandwiches, pizzas, seasonal menus, desserts, etc. All dishes are carefully prepared, always excellent. The pizzas are among the best of Sassari, both as taste, and as a mixture prepared as a rule of art, so not heavy to digest. In the menu, there are also combinations outside the classic standar of pizzeria restaurants, which can be found in high-level catering. This also for pizzas.. Another positive aspect is the unextended waiting times, which for pizzas are very reduced even when the club is full. Always attentive and friendly staff. Negative note is the large room, too hot being present the pizzaiolo wood oven. There are no seconds in the menu. Recommended.
Spectacular pizzas with special pasta, accompanied by an excellent selection of beers and sublime desserts.
Friendly, friendly and professional staff. We could eat an out-of-the- menu pizza with a mixture of beer and trebbies, white with pumpkin flowers, burrata choker and bottarga. Fabulous as the beers that have been proposed. Recommended!! !
