Regular customer here, this is my go to for work lunch. The lady upfront has been rude but I let it slide. I asked for a side of hot sauce when I got my food because I forgot and she was like “you know you have to pay for sauce right, it’s not free” I said sure I’ll pay then she just shooed me away lol. Pod Thai has zero flavor..literally….if I can give minus then I should. It’s not worth it. It has no taste, the worst pod Thai ever in my life. According to the quality of food too expensive
Overall, it was a good experience, BUT i got the completely wrong food. Ordered Beef and broccoli got some other beef dish. Ordered the Crispy Lemon Chicken and got Orange chicken. It was not a horrible mistake, but i wasn't happy but not unhappy enough to go back to complain.
The owner is considerate of customer reviews and feedback. So I truly appreciate that attitude on part of employees owners, and they fix the issues immediately. I will be going back several times more!
We were the only customers and were quickly greeted. I had the Sweet Mongolian Noodle Box with chicken. It was fresh and hot but I wish that there was more protein in it. Next tune, I’d order more meat. But overall the sauce was delicious and flavorful.
