Tim Hortons - Saskatoon

The absolutely WORST customer service ever. the lady name Ash slapped the window in front of my face after handed out the drink to me without any thank you or smile and completely ignored me while I was waiting to get my receipt. When I ordered drink at the drive thru, I wanted a medium size instead of small one and the Filipino refused to change it with such an attitude. Then at the end they gave a nasty ice capp with cream all over the lid. disgusting. Yesterday was a new year eve and you guys literally just ruined it. Would never come back here again.

Food was good but service was bad, we didn't get served until the people before us did and our order was smaller than theirs. Plus they had some people stink up the bathroom, a couple unsavory characters.

Muskan was incredibly rude to me after handing me the wrong order. Absolutely appalled that she would speak to me the way she did when I politely asked for the correct order.

When the server does not know the names of the donuts it's very frustrating ? but the donuts are good ?

They messed up on 2 drinks. First 1 they put cream in the coffee and not on the side, my friend doesn't like that much cream. She wasn't happy with me when I asked her to change it. As we were leaving we went through the drive through, I asked for cream in the tea. When we got to our destination I was told there was no cream ???? Seriously?
