It’s good if you go there and ensure you get what you want. Ordered online and asked for a mix of white and dark, got one wing and 11 thighs and drumsticks, this is the norm, not a one off either. They list their drinks as bottles on order apps, and they’re fountain drinks. It’s just a lot of dumb stuff they could easily fix but won’t.

It saddens me to write this because I genuinely enjoyed the food. Notice the past tense. I have been going to this location off and on for the past couple of years and I have noticed a significant drop in quality of service and care for what food crosses the counter. When ordering chicken for my family, the receipt clearly shows that half should be white meat, the other half dark. For a 14 piece meal, only 3 pieces were white (my preference). I have never had them successfully include mac and cheese as a side dish when ordered, although they are willing to make it right and give a full size side dish to replace it at a later date. They still make some of my favorite onion rings and their fries are tasty, but the chicken has gotten greasier as time has gone on. I am more and more disappointed every time I go and I 'm not sure how many one last chances I 'm willing to give.

Order the Spicy Deluxe chicken Burger , The chicken was moist but cold It wasn't spicy. And very thin tomato and 2 very thin pieces of lettuce... The fries were very very cold... I'd have to think twice about going back..
