my man and I had a gift card and have never been with an original joe’s before. our experience was absolutely fantastic. our server haley was very friendly, attentive and has made us extra efforts to inform us about any charges for our pages and to ask about allergies and food sensitivities. this was a step over the service we usually receive, and it was estimated. our food was delicious, we both ordered the abc burg... service was great. the food was in the average. I avoid the fish. the texture of the fish was like huh and there is so little of it, it is mostly salat and a few others sweet. View all feedback.
Its ok. Came for supper last night. I must say its ok. The restaurant was clean and sufficient amount of wait staff. I had a steak sandwich with mushrooms, which I must say was cooked perfectly. The mushrooms were very bland and the steak needed salt added. No biggie. I had sweet potato fries and green salad. The fries were good but hard to screw up fries. The green salad was a nice surprise almonds and cranberries. Not just the usual lettuce salad. My sis had the fish and chips which she only had a few bites. The fish was soggy, soggy, soggy. My spouse had a burger and said it was edible but not something to be ordered again. I was happy with my meal and would return again. Spouse said they too would come again but not for a burger.
I enjoyed a lovely Friday night dinner on the patio, marking my first outdoor meal of the year. I started with their house beer and ordered the mussels, which were absolutely fantastic—I really loved them! (priced at $16.25). For my main course, I had the steak sandwich with mashed potatoes. It was delicious and cooked just the way I like it (medium rare). The steak sandwich cost $19.75 and comes with two side options. I opted for the mashed potatoes and a garden salad with ranch dressing. My only complaint was that the music was too loud for a relaxing evening meal on the patio.
This restaurant is fantastic! The staff is both friendly and appealing. They serve delicious house-brewed beer, which is available at a discount on Wednesdays. I've visited several times—alone, with my wife, with coworkers, and with my parents—and I've always had a wonderful experience. The menu is impressive, and I've particularly enjoyed the Dynamite Tempura Shrimp, Drunken Noodles, and Mushroom Soup. I highly recommend this place!
Hubby had the cheeseburger which was large and delicious! I had the Philly cheesesteak which wasn't as huge as I hoped but was enough for a big appetite! It was delicious! I found my order of home fries to be extra gritty but hubby's were fine! Good service with a comped dessert to make up for the gritty fries. Can't complain about the grit, just proves the taters were real! Would definitely go again! The OJ'S Honey Brown and Blonde were fabulous and the honey garlic wings were very good. The dirt pie (all the grit in the taters had me Jonesing for more dirt! Was incredible!
It exceeded my expectations! My husband wanted to visit this place for their burgers, and I was anticipating a typical "man cave" atmosphere. I couldn't have been more wrong! I ordered the Cajun chicken Caesar wrap with fries and the incredible dill dip. Honestly, it was one of the best meals I've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!
