What Randy F likes about Nisen Sushi:
I am a sushi lover and this place is simple and affordable, the amazing and lovely folks at Nisen always deliver a great meal (feast! and do so with the warmest service!! Sure it's not Sushi Kaji in Toronto, but for the price, and considering they have an all-you-can-eat menu, this place is easily one of Saskatoon's best. 12pm-1pm is busy everywhere downtown. if you want to beat the rush, get here around 11:30 and yo... We came here for lunch a while ago. The experience was not impressive. As soon as we entered the restaurant we didn't know if we should sit or wait to be seated. There was a woman standing behind a counter and just stood staring at us. After a few minutes I asked if we should seat ourselves. The woman I am pretty positive did not know English. read moreA recent visit to Nisen left some patrons disappointed due to slow service, incomplete orders, and staff members sitting near their table for lunch. However, others have praised the restaurant for its simple and affordable sushi options, variety in the all-you-can-eat menu, and warm service. Despite some minor hiccups like delivery instructions not being followed consistently, many appreciate the great food quality, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Overall, Nisen seems to offer a decent dining experience, especially for those looking for a convenient sushi option in town.
Went here for lunch while I was in town for work. I knew it might be a **** shoot, given just how far we were away from any ocean or large body of water, but I...
