Boston Pizza - Saskatoon

I have a story for you all today...I ordered lunch at Boston Pizza on 51st street in Saskatoon via Skip the Dishes. The salad I received was moldy and the person on duty refused to do anything more than reimburse the meal. They weren’t even going to tell the kitchen. The person who assisted us simply grabbed the moldy food out of the salad and threw it in the garbage, and said that was just how the onion was. Thankfully we took a picture before she rummaged in there, and I had to request her to give it back a few times.

We had a gift card from Christmas to use so for. BD used it tonight. Went in for the pasta special , not being familiar with the resturant I asked if everything on the small menu qualified and was told yes.ordered chicken and mushroom fettuccine (but it was not).My partner ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs with 2 sides she was told any 2 sides.Got our bill and my pasta was not part of the special and the 2 sides were not the basic ones. I got 3 dollars cash from the waitress for my meal and told I should read the small print. Very disappointed .Upselling at its best. Food was great. Not a regular customer and won’t be!

Went there last night with the family, found a little hair on the drink, however the management went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They dealt with everything in such a professional way, definitely going back, thank you you to our waitress and all the managers.

An original Boston Pizza in Saskatoon. Nice atmosphere inside with great service in my experience.

Place seems to be going downhill.Odd that the main doors are locked and then you have to read a sign saying to go to the side door kind of an awkward and unwelcoming beginning.I made a pick up order online and went in to use a gift card. Staff member told me I needed to peel the back of the card code off because their machine couldn’t swipe it. It was very difficult to peel and as I was part way through peeling and scratching it off he told me that he no longer peels them because the numbers are easily ruined and the card is then useless. I then realized that some of the numbers had indeed rubbed off. Very awkward and frustrating situation as he then told me he couldn’t accept the card and I could try calling the 1 800 on the back to see if they could help me. I tried phoning the number and only got an unhelpful machine. I then simply paid for my pizza and went home. Pizza crust was very stale. I worked at a Boston Pizza many years ago and was taught the tell tale signs of when the pizza dough is fresh vs old this crust looked and tasted stale.
