Let them know if you make a reservation that you are celiac so that they can arrange their schedule in advance. One of her chefs trains restaurants in Italy for celiac certification, she also redesigned her kitchen so that cross contamination between stations can not reasonably happen. My celiac family has been eating in this restaurant for years and recommending it to others.
