I ordered the chicken curry at this restaurant and was initially impressed with how amazing it tasted, until I bit into a metal shaving, likely from a can opener. This was very disappointing as I loved the curry, but it's not worth the risk if they are that careless. The service was rated as 1 out of 5, and it was a takeout meal for dinner. The price per person was between $30 to $50. The food was rated as a 5 out of 5, while the atmosphere received a 5 as well.

The food used to be very good, but it seems that the restaurant has changed management and the quality has drastically declined. I ordered the general tso chicken with white meat and it was overly sweet and chewy, nothing like the original dish. Ocean Dragon's quality is really going downhill. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
