Very kind staff, delicious meats and cheeses and to complete a perfumed wine!

We stopped here on a chilly windy December evening. The delicious soup and bico sandwich, wine, and the pleasant conversation with the owner made us completely forget the weather outside. It’s a very cozy space, great for relaxing with friends. Cant wait to relax with a cocktail at their outdoor tables in the piazza during the summer evenings.

Better than merely charming--this intimate cafe across the piazza from the theater (hence after serves exceptional wines and a few elegant small plates. I sensed I had been welcomed as a guest, with a generous warmth that wouldn 't have chilled if we 'd sat there for hours. If I lived in Sarteano, I 'd test that impression on regularly. A gem.

Beatricia is unbelievably worth knowing about wein and has a very well cured selection of rossos, blancos and bubbles from all italy, with a strong concentration in the toskana. It also has an excellent selection of local weeps that are absolutely tasty and good to explore. we bought a case mixed wein while we were close to sarteano for two weeks, and enjoyed everything she recommended thoroughly. they and their personal have also provided a series of fabulous restaurant choice for us. overall they do not miss this place in the heart of sarteano. unfortunately I have moved their email address, but they also send wein to the usa! highly recommended!

We had a couple of times because we ate and drank so well the first time we came back! cod liver disease is spectacular, meat selection and really excellent cheeses! the wine card is very wide and of high level, very good staff. we will definitely return as soon as possible
