They provide excellent customer service and are always friendly and enjoyable to chat with. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews; my experiences here have consistently been positive. Whenever something isn’t available in the cooler, they are quick to check the back for me or are willing to prepare whatever I want if it’s not on hand. If customers took the time to communicate with the employees, they would see that the team is understaffed and doing their utmost, and they really deserve some understanding.

Since I don’t have tap-to-pay or Apple Pay, I had to use my card by inserting it into the chip reader, then swipe it through the magnetic reader. My card was de... read more Since I don’t have tap-to-pay or Apple Pay, I had to use my card by inserting it into the chip reader, then swipe it through the magnetic reader. My card was declined. I tried this process twice, with no luck. The employee was very rude and seemed annoyed that I couldn't use tap or Apple Pay. Frustrated, I left the pizza and drink on the counter and started to walk out. When she asked if I wanted her to hold the items, I said no and continued towards the exit. Behind me, I heard her say something like, "ma'am, you need to..." but I'm hard of hearing and didn’t catch the rest. It was really not her place to tell me what to do. I left the items on the counter, and I'm sure they had to be thrown away, but that was not my issue, especially since I couldn't get the chip card payment to process. About 15 minutes later, I went to another Casey's a couple of miles away where they had no payment restrictions, and my card was processed without any problems. I ended up enjoying freshly baked pizza slices and friendly service further up the road, which made up for the terrible experience at the La Vista location. This experience has confirmed for me that I will no longer patronize any Casey's in the future.

Litt... read more Bucky’s maintained their facilities cleaner and they were open 24 hrs., back then. 84th and Frederick and 72nd Grover st locations have also gone downhill. Littered, soda machines constantly out of flavors. Some don’t even wear their uniforms.

Nothings stocked. There’s always something wrong. Nothings available when needed. The manager does nothing to solve anything literally the laziest manager. Saying things like I’m over worked. I work almost 60 hrs every week and I can still do my job. Only 1to2 people even do their jobs at this location overnight never stocks cooler during the downtime. When the lines backed to the coolers management and others will see this and just stands there behind the cigarettes ignoring the problem. I can’t express how much I loath this location. It’s right by my home and I have to go out of the way now every morning because of these daily problems. I can’t even express further my hatred for this location.
