Friendly and attentive staff! How often do you get follow-up service at a pizza restaurant after the food is served??? The food doesn't just taste good, it is AMAZING! I ordered a large 52 cm family pizza at 6:00 PM when we had guests over, but was told that the delivery driver was busy and running late. The pizza finally arrived around 7:20 PM, 1 1/2 hours after I placed the order. By that time, the pizza was cold and the crust was hard and dry, making it nearly impossible to eat. It seemed like the pizza had been reheated and overcooked. Unfortunately, 80% of the pizza ended up being thrown away. I have ordered pizza from this restaurant several times in the past, but yesterday's experience was extremely disappointing. It's not enjoyable to eat pizza that is cold and has a tough crust, especially when serving guests. I cannot recommend this pizza place based on my recent experience.

I contacted Foodora ab... read more I had to wait for two hours before receiving my lunch. I ordered through Foodora, but it is the restaurant itself that provides the food. I contacted Foodora about this issue and they promptly removed the pizza factory from their list. It was advertised as being from Pizzafabrikken, but when I called, I found out it was actually from a different location.
