By far the best Tim Hortons in Sarnia! The staff is always friendly, the food is consistently well-prepared, and the coffee is always great.

I went through the drive-thru, but my order was incorrect, so I decided to go inside. Unfortunately, I was treated very poorly by the staff. They whispered to each other through their headsets and laughed while I was there. When I asked who was in charge, they claimed they didn’t know and suggested I return the next morning if I had an issue. This is how customers are treated? I will definitely not be returning! It’s clear they have no regard for customer service.

The speck is not cooked. you can kill someone who does this or gives them a parasite who lives the rest of their lives in their muscles. if there is an option for negative stars that is what they would get. I want my money back and an apologies for trying to live in mine. earlier this summer I went there during the business hours in the morning and they would not unlock and open the door. And now again in the middle of the day 5 a.m. on Monday they locked the doors and caught a man in the building. You're totally idiotic.
