We Always swing by this spot anytime We’re in Sarnano. Great selection of craft beers and local wines. Locally sourced cheeses and cold cuts with fab focaccia and great service makes this place a great spot for lunch, aperitivo or light dinner. In these times of covid, the outside terrace with heaters is an added bonus. Reasonable prices too

On day eight of our travels throughout central Italy, we happened upon Decantautore. Owner Nicola and Ferdinando went out of their way to make a couple Americans feel truly welcomed. The local wines, beer selection along with the cheeses and meats from the Marche region were all excellent! Without doubt, lunch that day was some of the best food we had experienced from Cinque Terre to Ancona. Great food, unique historic atmosphere and small town service!

This tiny bar is a favorite spot in Sarnano, love the upstairs sitting area with comfy sofas and the cave like back room. They mix a great aperol spritz and have a good selection of wine, a great place for an aperitivi.

A small terrace, nothing posh, something you’d walk by easily without noticing if it weren’t for the enchanting Latino sound that almost calls you over. If at noon you’re looking for a quick, but tasty bite you’ve come to the right place. Focaccia being their speciality you’re offered a wide range of possibilities, ranging from just a one taste filling to three tastes combined. I went for the one with Gorgonzola and pancetta and a glass of Falerio, a local white wine. Mjammy! 4 large pieces, quarters of a focaccia, served warm. There’s also a nice choice of beers, also international brews. Bragging about the food I should not forget to mention the friendliness of the owner. At night a place probably more frequented by the young and the artists, would be or confirmed. Anyway it’s definitely a spot I can only warmly recommend to the accidental tourist. Two thumbs up.

Stumbled upon this charming gem and so glad we did. Wonderful friendly service and managed to provide delicious gluten-free option while others had the delicious focaccia!
