I have traveled vegan and have all traveled through costa rica for the last 10 days, and although I can be happy to eat, rice and plantains every day, I have to... read more I have traveled vegan and have all traveled through costa rica for the last 10 days, and although I can be happy to eat, rice and plantains every day, I have to say the meal I had in toucanoos was the best food I had eaten all my time in costa rica! the owner recommended the Thai erdnussnudelsalat, vegan sweet potato burger and jungle eggs (maintained and it was just amazing. and also a beautiful presentation! I wish it wasn't my last day so I could eat here again. a must visit for vegan in the opposite!

The owner recommended the Thai peanut noodle salad, vegan sweet potato burger, and jungle slushee (spiked!), and they were all incredible. The presentation of the dishes was also beautiful. I wish I had more time so I could come back and eat here again. This restaurant is a must-visit for vegans in the area!

The place is amazing, the food is delicious, and the owners are wonderful. I wish I could bring them to Minnesota to be my friends!
