Mcdonald's - Saratoga

Extremely long waiting times at the drive-thru in the night after midnight await at least 30 minutes or more to serve. what a sweat, completely useless management.

Do not come to this McDonald's if you can help it. It always has really long lines, especially late at night when there are no other options! Very bad experience. They gave me a bottled milk that’s gonna expire tomorrow. And when I asked for a change, they do have a one with a better date. So they gave me expiring drinks on purpose. Besides, never get the latest happy meal toy at this store. I recommend you to drive two miles more and get your McDonald’s on Steven Creek.

Loved the customer service!... The elderly man was very helpful. Took our order on the screen, was very knowledgeable about how to use it and customize our order. He did it with a smile! The service was fast, and accurate. He took our order to the table. We need more people like this, It definitely put a smile on my day and my kids. With customer service like this made our food taste better. Lol!

As far as McDonald 's goes this one is run of the mill. Don 't expect to have your order processed accurately. Also, if the Happy Meal Toys are anything decent, you can expect them to run out quickly.
