Firewater is such a diamond in the rough! Little to no wait even onlabor day weekend! The owner is down to earth with vision and loyalty to his county! The food is always delicious with the obvious care and personal touches of a chef! The price is moderate at he created an atmosphere of amazing his staff is always friendly and helpful and this place runs smooth no matter how busy they are! Great job! I took a friend of mine from out town there a while back. I live in Saratoga well, outside a few miles. I asked the waitress what beers they offered. She pointed to a sign on the wall across the room. I had to get up, walk across the room to see what they offered. Weird. Never have I undergone that experience. Then, my friend was virtually ignored. True, he was Mexican but, really? Is that an issue? He had to ask her if he could order. I know help is tough to get but there is something wrong with management there in my opinion. I won't be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30
