Starbucks - Saratoga Springs

First time going to any Starbucks. I got a gift card. Took my son to get a hot chocolate. The lady was less than thrilled that it was our first time. I was hoping she would be helpful when ordering. I've heard people talk about what they order and it seems complicated. It looked like they just had a couple of options for hot chocolate so we just ordered one of each. I think they could be the type of place with a secret menu that would make your experience better if you knew what to order. The hot chocolate was SUPER hot! Like wasn't drinkable for a long time. They didn't have the small sipping straws. Is that a thing there? We didn't like the taste at all. The mint was too minty and the regular tasted like it had enough chocolate powder for multiple cups. I ended up pouring them together after they had cooled and it was a little better.

Starbucks is literally my favoritest place on Earth. There are so many different drinks. Even though i get the same one everytime. Thats just me. But there are so many different things to get. All the employees are so nice. They all know my drink because i come there so much????. But i love them. There amazing!

This Starbucks is inside a Smiths Marketplace. I've been several times in the past couple weeks and they never have the ingredients to make what I order, so I have to substitute for something I don't like nearly as much. Today they were just completely out of Frappe mix. I've never seen anyone in line when I've been, so I don't think they're out because of a sudden rush. No, this is purely poor planning and lack of inventory/ordering skills. It's disappointing. The baristas are always nice, so I gave them two stars, but I'm going to start taking my business elsewhere since I can never get what I hope to order.

The best staff at any Bucks I've ever been to! Love these guys! Drinks are always perfect (gotta love that consistency from place to place) but again, I really go for the staff. Super friendly. My son feels like such a grown up when we go (he's 12) because they take the time to remember him by name and his order.

We always have a good experience here. We use the drive thru and every employee we have encountered has been very polite and kind. Even when they make a mistake (which isn't very often) they are quick to correct the issue. This is our favorite Starbucks we've been to so far.
