Service, atmosphere, menu, cocktails, and price point 5/5 easy! We sat at the bar and loved the overall atmosphere. Portion sizes are huge and staff is knowledgeable. Can’t wait to return.

My husband and I brought my mother and Aunt to Saratoga springs for my mom's 87th bday. Our last night was her bday dinner at Solevo. The meal and service was excellent. Our server John was fantastic! Wish we were staying longer to go back!! The food was amazing!

We had my daughter's birthday dinner here and it was fantastic. Our server Gabby A is beyond amazing. She makes your stay at there restaurant a great experience. I had the lasagna and it was fantastic I size of the piece that brought out to me I was able to bring it home and have leftovers for 2 more days. My daughter had the Bolognese and loved it. Can't say enough about this family restaurant. Hands down some of the best service we have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Would definitely go back.

The lobster pasta and cocktails were absolutely incredible! I would gladly travel just to enjoy them again. Jon was an outstanding server—extremely courteous and attentive. Be sure to come here and try different dishes from each section of the menu; you won't regret it!
