This was my first experience at Smashburger. We had initially planned to go to Wendy's, but my son suggested we try Smashburger instead. I ordered the double bacon smash burger along with some special fries and drinks. The burger was absolutely delicious, and the fries paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. What User doesn't like about Smashburger:
Three of us ordered burgers, but only one of us actually enjoyed theirs. We requested the regular Pommes Rosemarie fries to accompany our meals. Unfortunately, all three burgers seemed to be overcooked, or possibly pre-cooked and reheated. Later on, we all regretted our choice, experiencing gas and multiple trips to the bathroom. The service was prompt and the food was outstanding; I absolutely loved the vegetable fries.
Ordered a BBQ Ranch salad with crispy chicken. It was really good. I didn't know you could mix ranch and bbq. The chicken was freshly made and tested great. The store was clean and all right. The staff were nice and kept people informed about the progress of their order when there was a waiting period. This was my first time in a smash burger and I would definitely come back and suggest this place to friends and family.
Three first time patrons and we each had various burgers. Holy brisket and bacon....... great food good time. Will be coming again with more friends.
Saratoga Springs, NY Smashburger was amazing! We were in town on vacation and decided to give it a try. Our burgers were delicious! They also have Gluten Free hamburger buns..There smash fries are to die for. They ere training new workers and still dud a great job of Customer service.
Burgers were perfectly seasoned on a egg bun. We tried both the smash fries and the regular fries. Both were cooked perfectly. Restaurant was very clean. With minimal wait time.
