Salmon Pool Inn and GastroPub

The restaurant was smaller than anticipated, with a limited menu that became even more limited when they ran out of some dishes. The food was delicious and expertly cooked. Surprisingly, there was no salmon option and the seafood chowder was also unavailable.

The staff greeted us warmly and we were seated in a cozy, peaceful corner by the fireplace. Our waitress was outstanding and the food was delicious.

I can't believe I've never written a review for this place before! Every year when we compete in horse shows in Vermont for a week or two, we make sure to dine here. The food is absolutely fantastic.
