Order orange chicken and teriyaki chickens through a scrub stroke and so did they send out the order?

Food was great, employees were great, manager Melissa was the most awful manager I’ve seen.She was rude to several customers, cutting them off and talking snide, my husband included. She was especially awful to her line crew who was doing fantastic during the rush- so kind, with great customer service!(Ayphrel was one and I can’t remember the others The crew was great.Melissa, the manager, was so rude and condescending to two employees, (one looked like they were about to cry) and it filled me with rage. Don’t put someone like that in a manager position! She is creating a toxic, hostile environment, for everyone, especially those poor employees and if customers can visibly see that, there’s a problem.

This one of my best places for food. Even though people may have not tasted Chinese food you really should especially there Orange Chicken which is basically their most popular entree. Staff is also friendly.

Love their food it’s delicious, But every time I order their Sweet Fire Chicken (white meat with pineapple) from this location they give me orange chicken instead of telling me their out so I can order something else that I like. First I was thinking they did it by accident so I kept going but 6 times in a row???Also the drive thru lady was yelling at me for not ordering super greens right after fried rice when I legit wasn’t done telling her my order which was one plate. I’m done with this location.

This is the very best Panda Express location that exists. They are VERY fast and also very friendly. The restaurant is always clean. Drive thrus in Saratoga are hot or miss, but mostly miss. They take forever and the service is a disaster at most of them. We always can count on Panda Express to provide us with a huge amount of food at a very good price and without it taking a million years to get it!
