I want to share my experience with the Saratoga Springs McDonald's. Unfortunately, my wife, who has multiple sclerosis, and our 4-year-old granddaughter were denied access to the restroom while I was waiting in the drive-thru line. We order two times a beacon quarter ponder and chicken deluxe with BEACON and the two times didn't come with beacon one of the chicken deluxe just cale with 2 lottle freaking pices horrible place if i can give then 0 star i will do
I placed a decent size order through the app and there was a mixup since someone else was picking it up causing that person to wait 30 mins at the curbside pickup. I called and spoke with Gabriel who got right on it and went out of his way to make it right. It was an unfortunate situation and if it weren't for Gabriel and his awesome customer service I'm not sure I would ever be back to this location. Thanks Gabriel, you da man!
Drive through line is always way too long. Nowhere to park. If you find a place to park you're stuck there cuz of the drive through line. Avoid this McDonald's until they can get a better handle on running this McDonald's like the other McDonald's.
It's about time they open these dang restaurants.. it's annoying having to wait in lines 20+ cars long because they refuse to open inside like pretty much everyone else has.. they would have gotten another star if it wasn't for that.. between the lines and their inability to find a mobile order every time I place it, without taking 5-8 tries of giving them the number, all I can give is 3. The food is sometimes warm but not hot, because it takes so long to get to the window after you've actually placed the order. Sometimes it's cold before you even get it. It's frustrating.
