What User doesn't like about Max London's-saratoga Springs:
I’ve been to max Londons many times. And it’s always been amazing. This time was really subpar. Waitress was not very accommodating and was neglectful. We had a reservation and there were other empty seats but we got a wobbly table near the kitchen. When asked if we could switch she just said no. She didn’t seem to know the menu or drinks. I had to ask three times for her to remember to bring us bread. View all feedback.
Celebrating my birthday lunch! Everything was perfect except it's very noisy with the high ceilings... but I will continue to return as always!
Very good food. Make sure the whole party arrives together, cannot get seated until the whole party is there. Definitely try the pizza.

I love Max London’s, but the music level on weekends has become unbearable. On Sunday brunch, I noticed when the songs changed after a brief quiet, even a teenager at the table across gave a cross glance at the speaker blaring the noise. Who is happy having to scream across the small table to talk to a meal companion? No one is dancing; no one is singing. So what is the point of the absurd volume?
