Jersey Mike's Subs - Saratoga Springs

It's always a good time here. And the food is great a bit on the pricey side as far as fast food but it's also a casual dining place as well that you'd feel comfortable bringing your family to.

First time eating here. For some odd reason they hide the green peppers and make them only available upon request or only if you order a veggie sub. Their meat, vegetable or toppings options are very limited unlike Subway. However their quality is betterthan Subway. Think it's a wash between the two.

5 star taste but above price. I'd eat Philly cheese steak every day if I could afford it. The price makes it more like going to a sit down menu; a huge Philly cheese steak and a bottle of water is just over $18.50.

Had a very good sub. The staff is always friendly and nice. Very clean and neat looking restaurant. I had been in the past and the place was a mess. Nice to see things have improved.

Came with my older folks who are hard of hearing, staff did not give any patience or understanding. The lady building the sandwiches did not even try to hide her frustration. Please show compassion for those who are hard of hearing and may be a little slower, I was extremely disappointed in how the entire staff treated older folks.
