I have been to 30 Lake several times including bellying up to the bar for the happy hour specials. The atmosphere is always quiet and the service is just right. The menu has something for everyone and always taste great. Would recommend everyone try it, if you haven't already. View all feedback.

We had a reservation and entered at 6:25. After being seated we were asked about water at 6:50. Then we sat in disbelief as we waited for our server around 7:05. She took our drink orders and 2 apps. (Half hour after seated to get the drink and apps in Again, sipped our water and waited for another 20 minutes until our apps arrived. Mind you still waiting on our 2 drinks adding to 32$. Not one to pick the team apart.... View all feedback.
4 diners 3 orders of Surf Turf 1 order of pan crusted salmon, salad starter and tuna nachos, followed by pecan pie and a carrot cake. All the food was excellent. Waitress and wait staff all did a terrific job. Highly recommend!
Mary our waitress was amazing. Friendly, attentive. The food was outstanding. We had the fried calamari to start and it was tender, prepared with hot peppers and lemon aioli sauce. Mmmm good!!! The interval between courses was just right. No rushing, time for conversation and digestion. The portions were also perfect so you could have an appetizer and not get filled up before the entree'. The mixed drink menu had many to choose from and an extensive wine list. Keeping our expectations low because it was Christmas Eve , we were blown away with the staff, the food, and the ambiance . It was by far the best meal and overall dining experience we have had in a long time. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful holiday meal!!!
Food and service were excellent. However, one of our party of 4 was a less than adventurous 11 year-old. We were able to order a side of pasta and a grilled chicken breast. Did not expect it to be $32, especially based on the small portions for both, and the pasta being priced higher than the chicken on the bill. With two appetizers, three other entrees, drinks, dessert and coffee, it was not a small tab. Gouging on a child's meal just didn't need to happen, even on Christmas Eve.
The fried calamari was extremely tiny bits of calamari that were over cooked. My friend had a holiday cocktail that she did not like or drink. Over priced for the quality of the food.
The food never disappoints. However, there's been a significant change in the service and it is not the restaurant that I had gone to in the past. It seemed that by 9 PM on a Saturday night they wanted to get rid of us and handed us the check as the staff were putting the chairs on the tables. We were the only people left dining. There was a couple who walked in to try to get food at 8:45pm and staff told them they were closing. I gather their business has slowed down and it felt like we were forced to pay the check and never asked us if we wanted coffee or dessert (as the chairs and tables were moving and lights were dimming). It was a disappointment because my friend was visiting and I boasted about this place. Hopefully there will be more momentum in the future because this restaurant used to be a gem! I miss the great vibes and energy from this restaurant.
