Flatbread Social - Saratoga Springs

We absolutely adore this place! The ambiance is relaxed and enjoyable. We tried the gluten-free pies – the green chorizo pie and plain cheese – and they were both fantastic. I’ve had the Bourboncello cocktail a few times now, and it definitely deserves a 10/10. There's also the "Have It Your Way" pitcher, which is like a smoothie with your choice of alcohol. Our waitress even surprised us with peanut butter whiskey and raspberry shots for our group, and it was incredibly delicious! The service and food are always outstanding.

I have nothing but positive things to share about this restaurant. My husband and I arrived in town late and showed up just 30 minutes before closing. We were greeted with warm smiles, and every staff member was friendly and accommodating. Watching the food being prepared right in front of us was a real treat. When our pizza was ready, the cooks noticed that the bartender was busy, so they brought it over themselves. Both the Smoky Apple salad and the eggplant pizza were absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back!

I can't stop thinking about this pizza—it's that good! We tried the original and the Green Goddess, both with vegan cheese, and WOW! The vegan cheese is outstanding; they source it from a company in Albany. The dough is just right, and the sauce is fantastic. I haven't had a great vegan pizza in some time, and as someone who grew up in NY, my standards are pretty high. I'm already planning another trip to Saratoga just to have this pizza again!

Fantastic atmosphere with a wonderful staff that is both friendly and attentive! The food is absolutely delicious, and the drinks pair perfectly with the meal. My top picks include the Spotless Mind cocktail, the Smoky Apple Salad, the Only Kind of Pizza, and the Wings!

Unfortunately, our pizza was taking a bit longer to arrive, which typically wouldn't be an issue. However, we had a paint sip reservation at 7:00 PM, and it was already 6:55 PM with no sign of our pizza. Once we mentioned this to our waiter, he went above and beyond to get our pizza boxed up immediately. He even gave us a $25 gift card and personally delivered our pizza to the paint sip so we wouldn’t be late for our reservation! We can’t wait to return, thanks to the delicious food and outstanding service!
