Burgerfi - Saratoga Springs

I tried a burger at this restaurant that I have never seen at any other franchise. It was delicious. The burger was topped with an egg, a hash brown, a touch of maple syrup, bacon, and of course, the burger patty. The fries were beautifully crispy and perfectly seasoned. The soda fountain had a wide variety of options including Coke, Fanta, Dr. Pepper, Minute Maid, and many other soda flavors, all with free refills.

This restaurant is absolutely stunning. They offer amazing burgers, hot dogs, and fantastic fries. They also have Hahn beer available. There is a wide variety of soda choices as well. You order at the counter and then choose to dine inside or outside on the lovely front deck, which is all covered and very clean. We traveled from Vermont to visit and will definitely be returning soon.

That was my first time to go here and I was very happy with my experience. I have the ultimate speck burger, the thing was huge, double patty 1160 cal and 100% worth it. basic but delicious. much speck much cheese. I was also surprised and pleased to see from the design beer on hahn and tried a new beer that was a great buy. blueberry lemon colch. good summer brew. the female cash was friendly and although she was busy down town on Saturday, she held a pleasant demeanor, treated me and other customers efficiently and happy. great walk and great lunch.

I drove 45 mins to the Saratoga location to spend over 40 bucks for them to forget a sandwich? then made me wait 20 more mins for the burger. After I asked if i would be able to get a free 3 piece tender for their mistake they looked at me like i was stupid, taking into consideration my food is now cold and nasty. Customers service 0 out of 0 and I won't ever be coming back again!

I tried BurgerFi for the 1st time tonight, I stopped after work around 9:15ish. I asked the cashier if she was still taking orders and she said “yes, but they weren’t making shakes.” I was really looking forward to getting a shake but since they closed at 10 I thought that it was fair. I went outside to wait for the food and when I went back in to get my food the same cashier was making a shake for another customer who came in minutes after me. I did not have a good 1st impression with this place. I was really disappointed that she lied to me to avoid making me a shake.
