Our party of four at B Benelux had an amazing meal with four different main courses, drinks all around, 2 appetizers and two desserts. Everything was delicious, the waitstaff friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. So appreciated the relaxed and cozy atmosphere where you aren’t rushed out the door as some restaurants are want to do. We will definitely be back as we all agreed there were many more interesting items on... View all feedback.
What Jester doesn't like about Brasserie Benelux:
The advertisement for the Christmas Eve dinner failed to mention that it was a fixed-price menu only, and also did not include the price. While I could have asked about this when making the reservation, I believe this information should have been made clear upfront. This lack of transparency from BB has caused me to lose trust in them. The service was also extremely disappointing, with a wait of 45 minutes for drinks... View all feedback.
This restaurant serves delicious comfort food with a Belgian and German twist, but tailored to American tastes. Some popular dishes include potato pancakes with applesauce, roast duck with lingonberry sauce, Swedish meatballs with sour cream gravy, and homemade pastries like apple strudel. They also offer a variety of Belgium beers on tap, along with other beverage options. Overall, a very satisfying dining experience.
My wife ordered the 3-course special for $21.95. She enjoyed the delicious potato leek soup, tasty sauerbraten, and excellent carrot cake. The portions were generous as well. I also tried the three sausage platter and found it to be great.
We had an authentic meal at this restaurant. We started with the Swedish meatballs, which were tender and served with sour cream sauce and berries on the side. They tasted homemade and not like the typical commercial ones. The Wienerschnitzel entrée was delicious and served with homemade Spoetzl and cucumber salad, reminding me of my trips to Austria and Europe. My partner had the sausage plate, which was fantastic with three kinds of sausages and sauerkraut. For dessert, we enjoyed the freshly made apple strudel with whipped cream and a strawberry crêpe filled with mascarpone and drizzled with chocolate. We also tried some Belgian beers, including a refreshing cherry beer, and discovered a variety of European beers from countries like Germany, Slovakia, Poland, and Scandinavia that we plan to try next time. We are visiting Saratoga and will definitely return to this restaurant. The servers were friendly and the food was served quickly, which was important as we were hungry.
The food was delicious, the service was excellent. They don't rush you out of your table! I will definitely return when in Saratoga.
The waiter could have been more attentive, but the food and atmosphere were fantastic.
