Update I got a response from the owner from this review, which I appreciated. They instructed me to go on their website they would take care of it, but I haven't heard anything since. They made it seem like there would be some kind of resolve, but still there hasnt been. Ive never had a real problem there, the employees are always super nice. Definitely need training at this coffee shop. They do not understand how to make most coffee drinks I?ve realized the last couple weeks. Charging me twice for one drink twice now. I?m a business owner as well and I know it?s hard to find good employees who care to do things right. But money is a huge thing to make sure you get right. View all feedback.

Im not even mad honestly.. just kind of like what the ????
Good little place, go here a lot with friends, the coffee isn't bad but not my fav. But I do like it here a lot so I recommend you try it! Customer service is great and their employees are so fast and always polite. Good little place to sit down and catch up with friends. I also love that it's not loud at all!

Was in here earlier this week, got my usual coffee, the drink was good per usual. This review is based off customer service/professionalism. I was in the lobby and over heard an employee who I believed was named Rylie trash talking another customer who had just walked out to her coworker. You would think there would be some sort of appreciation for peoples business but it doesn?t seem like it. Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store, but either way that?s the face of your business. Between the obnoxious employee who talks bad about customers the minute they leave to the ants on the counter where you pay, it?s making me count down the days until the Dutch Bros down the street opens up.
