534 Bistro - Saratoga Springs

Food is okay. A bit pricy: $130(including tip) for 4 people for dinner. 4 drinks (1 alcoholic). I got the veggie hummus wrap and sweet potato fries (good—thick cut, crispy outside/tender inside, recommended), my older son and husband got burgers, my youngest got pasta primavera which he did not like. Hotel was horrible The first room we had the ceiling was leaking tub was dirty. They finally gave us another room after saying there was no other available. N OTHING about this hotel was nice. The man at the front desk acted like he could care less about our problem I would sleep on my car before I stayed there again

There are so many things: no signage to get to the lobby, unhelpful front desk staff (multiple times) who couldn 't give us proper directions to a local restaurant. Small bathroom two people couldn 't fit in it, door laid out improperly so you couldn 't get into the bathroom comfortable as one person because the toilet was so close to the door. Toilet was running all night. Loud banging noise outside our door all night. Unhelpful staff at Bistro offered one coffee (after being told there was a coffee bar. Gym had no sanitizer; wifi wasn 't set up for peloton they had on site. Elevator button was broken so we didn 't know if our floor was going to work. Not the Hilton stay we expected for the completely overpriced room they charged us for.

Attended a wedding welcome party here and the bartender on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend was severely outnumbered by the amount of guests and he was excellent. Attentive, patient, job well done.

Checked into a jr suite. Plenty of room but clearly missing something Requested a chair to fill out the LR area. One was added in a very short time. Hi lights : Housekeeping Michelle) amazing. Paul front desk very accommodating Drawbacks : lack of parking spaces, no free coffee in the morning, No clock, no laundry bags, no chair, very few hangers, no glasses very thin plastic cups) For a Hilton name brand hotel, they’ve cut back in so many areas it doesn’t seem like an upscale hotel brand anymore. :
