when I ate here after opening, I was pleasantly satisfied with the menu and the meal. tonight I felt like I had eaten in a shadow of myself and it had the sat gray hair suit and tie feeling. appetizer wedge salad this was the best cure of the meal. the pickled were a nice note. entree burger yes, wanted to try this because American bistros throughout the country try to create their own premium signature castle. it wa... I recently celebrated my mom's 75th birthday at 15 Church for the second year in a row. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of five, from seating us at our table to bringing in a cake for the occasion. Our waitress was exceptional- she was knowledgeable about the menu and a pleasure to be around. The stuffed dates were a standout dish that I wouldn't normally try, but she convinced us to order them and they were delicious. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. My only criticism would be the limited selection of wine, as my family prefers a specific brand that wasn't available. I hope to see a wider variety of wines offered at different price points in the future. Despite this, I love 15 Church and will definitely return.
My wife I went to 15 Church for our 30th Anniversary. Our waiters Nicholas Charlotte acknowledged our Anniversary made it a very memorable night, they brought us a complimentary glass of champagne. We ordered the Tomahawk steak cut for 2, truffle fries, mushrooms. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional. We enjoyed ourselves dined for 2 hours without feeling rushed. We live in Connecticut will certainly go back every time we are in Saratoga. This restaurant should not be missed. It is a unique experience .

From the minute we went to the door. our experience was wonderful service was the best! the eating was delicious, the experience was how I wanted to spend my birthday!
