What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Terrible experience. The staff were disorganized, and it was clear that the supervisor was upset, even swearing in the dining area. No one seemed happy. The girl at the register was so nervous and jittery that I felt sorry for her. The food was overcooked, and they forgot the sauces, even after they eventually found the ones I requested. I had a delightful lunch this afternoon and was particularly impressed by the gentleman at the register, who I believe is the manager. He provided the best customer service I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Not only did he treat me like a VIP, but he extended the same exceptional service to all the customers. I was truly impressed and had a wonderful meal and experience. View all feedback.
