Vitality Bowls Sarasota

Not impressed. My tropical smoothie was watery and overly thin. The açaí bowl was bland and also runny. Overall, I'm not a fan, and I found it too expensive for what I received.

I would rate it a perfect 10! After moving from Texas to Florida, I struggled to find a decent acai bowl in Bradenton, so a friend recommended Vitality Bowl. We made the trip to Orlando to give it a try, and it was absolutely worth it! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, there's a huge variety to choose from, and the customer service is outstanding—the owners are genuinely wonderful people. Honestly, it's one of the best places I've visited. I was so engrossed in enjoying my acai bowl that I almost forgot to snap a picture of my Tropical bowl!

Avoid this place! The owner is incredibly rude. I've been a customer for years, but he’s using COVID as an excuse to avoid hiring staff for his restaurant. You can't go inside; you have to download an app to order. When I had trouble downloading it, he wouldn’t help at all. I stood outside for four minutes trying to scan his QR code, and he scolded me for trying to download the app, telling me it was my problem. It seems he simply doesn’t want to pay for help. When I asked if this was a franchise or a specific location, he refused to answer. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! To top it off, he charges extra for toppings and still manages to mess up orders.

Really good healthy food. I had the Pesto Chicken bowl and it was yummy. The prices are fair, staff very friendly and it's so nice to have healthy, good food!
