What Ben Douglas doesn't like about The Melting Pot:
we had a great time as always but our banquette back was loose and we were hit in the back over and over again. This was unpleasant and took away some joy from the meal. But the fondues are amazing, and the wait staff were wonderful, even on Christmas Eve. Fun place for couples and groups/ View all feedback.
We had never been to the Melting Pot and were invited by friends. It was unique. It was more than satisfying. The food was like a theme park for the tastebuds! The server was amazing and oh so friendly and kind.
Olivia is a wonderful server. She makes the dining experience so much fun explains each ingredient as she builds the fondues. We enjoy the ambiance of the Sarasota restaurant!
From the start, the hostess offered us a selection of 2 different tables, looking out for our comfort. Our waiter was perfect with timing, he had a sense of humor and knew about the area. And of course, the food was impeccable. We got the cheese fondue for 2 and each chose an entree and we felt like we were rolling out of there. I don't know how people do the the 4 courses! We'll be back!
