The French toast with strawberries was top notch. I also enjoyed the Chai Iced Latte. Abbie and Tom are so friendly and helpful. Both deserve the best criticism. I will definitely be back! View all feedback.
What Matan S doesn't like about The Bistro Eat. Drink. Connect.:
Decent food, high price tag per what you get overall (but was pretty much the only thing open at 10pm) Entrance is unclear, since past 8-9 (as this inside the hotel and not mentioned in directions) You need to wait for staff to let you in Serving person at bar was nice, confused my order a bit (so i got a ceaser salad with chicken instead of the actual grilled chicken dish i wanted) And didn't confirm properly so it... Just ok place. Inside the Courtyard by Marriott. For breakfast, go to other places within 5min drive from the hotel. You will have better food for the same or lesser price.I would recommend
The Bistro menu is standard, and there's a limited Starbucks menu available at the SRQ Airport Courtyard Marriott. The staff, including the front desk, cleaning team, and bistro employees, are fantastic. However, it seems that locals are currently not permitted to book rooms.
I experienced several issues during my stay at the hotel. For three consecutive days, my room had a leak from the AC system, and despite their efforts, it couldn't be repaired. My room was filled with fans for a total of 7 hours. Additionally, the prices for meals were outrageous; for instance, the makeshift Starbucks charged $13 for a bagel sandwich. Room cleaning only happened every other day, and when I requested towels, I had to call three times. Eventually, I was informed that the staff member was the only one on duty and I would have to come down to get the towels myself.

The room was well-furnished, featuring a sofa, desk, fridge, and microwave. The climate control worked perfectly, and the bed was comfortable. However, there were some downsides. They don’t inform you that the key cards deactivate at 11 a.m., which was quite a surprise. Additionally, there was no safe in the room, and the breakfast was overpriced and not very tasty; my wife and I couldn’t even finish a single bland burrito. I do believe the recipe needs a serious revamp, rather than it being the cook's fault. Also, there’s no shuttle service to the airport; we saw guests walking to the terminal. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, considering the price of over $300 a night, it’s not worth it.
