As far as food and service goes, this restaurant gets four stars for food and service. We were a four generation family reunion of 7 people including two tired and hungry kids. They were great, bringing food out quickly, food was pretty good, served in a timely manner, great service. So what is the problem? Being from the NYC area, I am VERY picky about Italian food. This place blew me away. It rivals the restaurants of Little Italy it is that good! Their mussels are not to be missed, and the service was outstanding. We arrived a half hour before closing, but still received personal attention from the manager, who recommended an outstanding wine, and our waiter. True professionals. I wish they had another location closer to where I live!
Service was good, but the foods were terrible. Salmon was overcooked, looked like a fast food. Pricy, not worth it.Very disappointed!
Bryan was our bartender/server. Excellent job recommending food and ways to alter our dish to our liking. Great drinks as well. I only leave reviews on amazing service and he earned it!Food: 5/5
Restaurant was fair at best. Waited 12 minutes before someone even brought water to the table. Hostess scrolled Instagram at entrance and had no desire help short waitstaff. Took about a half hour to get a soda after ordering it. Food took about an hour. Was cold when served. No apologies from wait staff, owner or manager. Restaurant was half filled and they tried to compensate by saying there was a half hour wait but really this short staffed they should close or do things to help make up for it. Hey, trying acknowledging your short staffed, offer free dessert/app/drink. Do something that will make people come back and give you another try.
