I decided to stop visiting this restaurant because they just can’t seem to grasp the simple request of not slicing my bagels. The bagels they offer feel more like bread donuts than the genuine article, and now they have a taste reminiscent of Wonder Bread. It's truly disappointing, especially in Sarasota, where I used to enjoy a good bagel at Einstein's. I've almost lost hope of finding a decent bagel in the area and will also be steering clear of Panera.

I recently visited Panera Bread for the third time, but unfortunately, they were out of bread once again. The cashier was somewhat rude, but the manager did provide us with some bread from the sandwich section for our meal. I was disappointed that they didn't have the bread I was looking forward to having with my soup and salad, as that's the main reason I go to Panera Bread.

“Might not be a safe place to eat”This review reflects upon Panera’s (lack of customer service this night.Doubtful it’s a safe place to eat staff presented as moody, and apathetic or dismissive of consumer needs. Imagine how poorly they handle food when they aren’t in the mood to care? Here’s a sample of wy I might think this…• Doors locked 5 10 minutes early. I did plan my drive to include picking up food here. Ended up allowed drink only.• Staff Mgr had no name badges.• Staff Mgr refused to share names• Manager stated that it was okay to close early because, “we are short staffed.” [Note: 5 staff visible in front, back of the house not visible].• There’s more, but it’s a bit subjective to say, as it’s related to my interaction pushy apathetic staff (loose canons maybe ??‍ , and rudeness of management.Thanks for reading.

After our meal, we were both disappointed with the quality of the food. I've eaten at Panera numerous times in the past and was expecting more. We took our leftovers home, and when I finally ate my sandwich later that night, I was shocked. I've included a photo of the inside; the amount of turkey was barely enough for a small child. Considering the price of these sandwiches, I can't help but question what's happening here. It really doesn't seem to reflect a professional standard.

This looked fine to your manager and she was snarky about it. It?s sad because the normal gentleman manager is REALLY amazing and nice. Unfortunately he is the only one- I hope he can find better help.
