Mcdonald's - Sarasota

Pretty good food here! Workers can have a bit of attitude but I don't blame them. They are still very friendly! And whoever is behind the music here, give them a raise!!

The drive thru was all that was open but the food and was exactly what I wanted and the wait wasn't very long

I never expected to write a review for McDonald's, but here I am. What a fantastic experience! Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who took our order at the front counter, despite the many self-service kiosks available. He was accommodating and repeated our order back to us. Despite a brief wait as they switched to lunch service, the employee thanked us for our patience and was incredibly polite. I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service. I'm glad I decided to dine in instead of eating my hangover food in the car.

Despite being a McDonald's, I have started to notice a positive difference in their chains, especially at this particular location. My son and I have been enjoying the filet o fish sandwiches here recently, as they were made well and seemed fresher compared to other places. We also liked the French fries and chicken nuggets. The desserts, including the apple pie and ice cream, were also good. The staff at this location were pleasant and helpful overall.

I had to walk to a nearby doctor's office and decided to stop by this restaurant on my way home. The establishment was well-maintained and the bathroom was clean. The staff member who took my order was exceptionally courteous and helpful. He even found a way to reduce the cost of my meal. He directed me to a table and brought out my food promptly when it was ready. The dishes were delicious and served warm, and the mocha frappe was cold and refreshing. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
