The staff here is incredibly rude. If you're looking for mediocre food and don’t want to leave the mall, then this is the place for you. I've never encountered such unfriendly service anywhere else. The employees are cold and seem to be in a constant bad mood. Communication is a struggle, as they often require you to repeat yourself multiple times. When I asked for a cup of water, it was met with refusal, depending on who was at the register. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. It's worth taking an extra 10-15 minutes to find food outside the mall, as this place can really put a damper on your day with its unpleasant atmosphere.
Is it possible to give zero stars? I spent nearly $100 on an order and sent a family member to pick it up with a screenshot of the receipt. They refused to give them the order! How can you "verify" my identity? Do I really need to show my ID? I shouldn't have to be there in person if they have the card used for payment and a screenshot. Who could possibly guess my name for an order at this restaurant and also have a screenshot of the receipt? The staff member I dealt with was incredibly rude. I apologize for the strong language, but they really need to hire employees with better customer service skills. I'm thoroughly disgusted and will not be returning.
I ordered a 1x2 combo with chicken and broccoli, along with bourbon chicken. The flavors were fantastic, and the portion size was reasonable for the price. I'm full, and there's enough left over for me to enjoy tomorrow. However, I didn’t find a fortune in my cup.
Keep in mind that this is a fast food restaurant in a mall. So if you are looking for an expensive gourmet meal, continue on through the mall to Seasons 52 or Capitol Grill. That being said, my husband and I occasionally visit this restaurant on a Friday night when we don't feel like getting dressed up or cooking. We have never had bad food here. I always order the Firecracker Mongolian Chicken and a side of green beans. Honestly, the chicken is fine and the green beans are my favorite green beans of all time. Freda, the manager or maybe owner) is always there, greets us happily with a smile, and I think) makes sure our portions are large. She seems to truly appreciate the business.
This place is absolutely terrible the sesame chicken was so soggy and floppy even grandmas tittys couldn't compete, the noodles were so overcooked it reminded me of my uncles floppy penis and he has erectile disfunction. Don't even get me started with the aunt Jemima looking a b behind the counter. SHE WAS RUDE ASF. Talkin about can you read the signs when I asked what type of chicken I was pointing to. Her black a needs to be fired or WHIPPED one of the 2. You couldn't even pay me to come eat this horse s again. I think I'd rather be a black male in the 1800's than step foot in here ever again
