The food was... read more The restaurant has a very pleasant and relaxed ambiance. The menu is incredibly diverse with options to suit all tastes. Our server was fantastic. The food was top-notch and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

We had reservations for three people at 7:15 pm. The hostess seated us and our waiter, Jared, was very rude and inexperienced in customer service. He brought us... read more We had reservations for three people at 7:15 pm. The hostess seated us and our waiter, Jared, was very rude and inexperienced in customer service. He brought us water without straws and it took 19 minutes for him to bring us our one beer, blaming the delay on the bartender who was also the manager on duty. When I asked to speak to the manager, Jared sent another waiter who was much more apologetic. Eventually, Jared came by and the other waiter assured him that everything was under control. I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave the restaurant. I had a bad experience and will not be recommending or returning to Libby's. The manager on duty should have at least come to our table to address the situation. After leaving, we went to Mattisons on 41 where the service was excellent and the food was amazing. I have been there twice and have never been disappointed. Please avoid having Jared as your waiter at Libby's. It was a complete disaster.
