I loved the ambiance with the private tea rooms. It was fun to choose tea from a large variety of interesting types and flavors and the cakes and desserts all looked incredible. Definitely a different (richer) experience when compared to the average American coffee shop. I will definitely try to return if I come back to Sarasota in the future.The place was super busy tonight, but my friend and I were able to be seated within 10 minutes. I could tell that the workers were eager to serve their customers, but were stretched a little thin with a full house and the wait for food was an hour. I don’t blame anyone for that— it’s just the way it was— but it does lower my review to 4 stars when it would otherwise be five.I also regret that I left and forgot to leave a tip!!! As I said, the service was stretched a little thin, but it was still worth a tip. Sorry to those working tonight!

Ericka is just lovely and makes you feel special. Highly recommend!

This charming spot is perfect whether you're going solo or with friends. My wife has celiac disease, and we were worried about gluten in the tea. The owner kindly showed us the supplier’s book, confirming that none of their teas contain gluten. Thanks to that, my wife was able to enjoy almost every drink on the menu. The tea itself was fantastic, but the atmosphere truly stole the show.

We all felt it was excellent value for the price. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it!
