Domino's Pizza - Sarasota

Twice I said no was too extra, but when I got the pizzas, they had been extra and I was charged. hopefully it will be my last visit; pizza hut and poppa john’s are all so close and comfortable.

Absolutely terrible. I didn't get the order right and the pizza I picked up was dry. straight müll.

2nd time ordering from them ask 2x sauce got no sauce and double cheese

Ordered dominoes after work. The store was short staffed and had to cancel my order at 10:30 when they close at 11:30. I had no problem with this understanding that I work in the food service industry. The problem was when I called the store the man who answered told me why and I was understanding, but hung up on me while I was talking saying I understood and just wanted to know why it was canceled. Horrible customer service and hanging up on someone who wasn’t rude not impatient shows the lack of skills from the workers. Will not be ordering for this store again.

Typically, this restaurant is reliable, but during my last order they mistakenly delivered to the wrong house. I had to search around my neighbor's house in the dark to find my pizza. When I called to express my frustration, they didn't apologize and instead claimed they saw my address on the house where the pizza was left, despite delivering to my address multiple times before. It was a strange situation.
