This store used to be alright and then slowly over the last couple years it has just went downhill. Seems like everything from bad hires, to low pay, and recycling poor management from other locations. All I know is I've seen that whole staff flip 5-6 times in the last 2 years and that is most definitely going to affect food quality plus customer service. Hopefully this store can get stable and get back to serving hot, delicious high quality food but I won't hold my breath.
Do not order online from this location. I ordered yesterday for pickup at 1:00pm and arrived at 1:10pm. My order was not ready. I waited until 1:40pm and my order was still not ready. There were 15 other customers also waiting in the store for their orders and some were waiting for over an hour. Anyone that came in and ordered would receive their order faster. I ended up leaving and will not be returning to this location in the future. The customer service at this location is non-existent.
I have no idea how a location that is THIS consistently bad continues to operate the way it does. Hospital staff regularly waiting 30+ minutes for pickup orders that have a 10 minute finish time. Regularly out of product and after waiting 45 minutes to an hour for a pickup, it's not even worth asking for a refund. Staff is practically half dead, moving at a glacial pace despite an entire dining room filled looking at them waiting for their orders, while a line is simultaneously out the door for love orders. No urgency, no apologies, no communication on pickup orders being filled so when a bag is placed at the counter, thirty people rush to it hoping it's theirs. This last time I was there a Trauma nurse was calling out names to assist while the person packing orders sat there with a blank stare, barely functioning. Unbelievably poor service, this place needs to be razed to the ground or have a wholesale management and staffing change.

Always visit when we fall into Siesta Key. Good, quick service. Even with a long line you are served quickly. Beautiful terrace seating also outside.
